As a certified Integrative Health Practitioner, my role is to help to you achieve yours, and your family's wellness goals through workshops and education about nutrition, wellbeing, movement and lifestyle changes.
I draw from the ancient philosophies of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, combined with the modern scientific knowledge of Functional Medicine and Naturopathy, to create fun and interactive workshops and programs. The aim is always to provide easy ways to integrate better health into your lifestyle, and create space to connect with a like-minded community.
Pregnancy Mini Retreats
Take time to nourish yourself as you nourish the new life growing inside you. Join a welcoming group of expectant Mamas for a nourishing afternoon of ceremonial cacao, pregnancy Pilates and Yin Yoga, meditation, reflection and soulful connection. You will also leave with simple movements you can do at home to support your birth, optimal positioning of baby and your pelvic floor.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy right up to birth, no experience required. Be reassured that as a qualified and experienced prenatal Pilates instructor, and a pregnant Mama myself, you will be well cared for, no matter what pregnancy concerns you may be experiencing.

Ayurvedic Living Workshop
Ayurveda is the worlds oldest documented health system, practiced for over 6000 years in India. Many Auyrvedic philosophies can be incorporated into our daily Western lifestyle, significantly improving our health and wellbeing. This workshop will give an overview of what Ayurveda is, provide a "Dosha quiz" so you can determine your unique body/mind type, discuss Ayurvedic nutrition and give practical ways to incorporate Ayurvedic wellbeing practices into your daily life. You will make and take home a spice mix, recipe booklet and body massage oil.
The Fourth Trimester Workshop
Learn about how to support yourself through the forth trimester - the often "forgotten" trimester in Western culture. Drawing on the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda as well as the recent research of Dr Oscar Serrallach, this workshop includes information on how to give your body the right nutrition to heal post-birth, supporting the hormonal changes of pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding, how to cultivate a nurturing support network, safe movement and pelvic floor rehabilitation and more. Enjoy a delicious whole food postpartum inspired meal while connecting with other Mama-to-be's and take home with you a recipe booklet of nourishing postpartum recipes (gluten/dairy/refined sugar free).
