Meet Liv - your NM instructor
My passion for Pilates began 16 years ago when it helped me rehab from chronic back pain. It quickly became my exercise go-to for fitness, strength and energy and for the past 7 years has been a nourishing and deeply rewarding career. Since completing my Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction in Melbourne, my love of learning has seen me undertake further study including Pilates for pregnancy and post natal, scoliosis, healthy ageing and bone health, spinal rehabilitation,Yin yoga and breath work.I love to help bring the body and mind back into alignment so you can enjoy life to its fullest, feeling nourished and energised.
Weaving throughout this journey was always a passion for health and it was a natural progression to become a certified Integrative Health Practitioner so I could also nourish the body and mind with in-depth holistic wellness coaching.
