Movement

Pilates is one of the safest and most effective methods of exercise for pregnancy and postpartum. Your personalised studio program will help you develop strength to accomodate your growing belly or carry your growing bubba, address any muscular or joint niggles as they arise and build stability as your hormones change. We will focus on pelvic floor health and postural alignment and give the body just what it needs - which will be different every time you come into the studio.

Mums & Bubs can choose between studio classes for a personalised postpartum workout or group mat classes for greater connection with their bubba and other Mamas.

Health

I am passionate about nourishing the mother postpartum (and beyond) so she can nourish her family. Raising healthy and happy children starts with the Mama and as an Integrative Health Practitioner I can support your journey to becoming the healthiest version of yourself so you can nourish your growing family. As a holistically minded Mama, I have been on this journey myself, and know just how tough navigating this can be so I feel blessed to be able to share my knowledge with you to make your journey easier through my wellbeing and postpartum workshops.

Connection

Soul Mama Circles are your opportunity to deeply connect with local soul-driven Mamas. Held monthly, these intimate circles will incorporate breathwork, movement, meditation, nourishment and a supportive space to share and reflect on the mothering experience. Expect to feel nurtured, soul expansion and find your village. Experienced Mama’s, new Mamas and Mama’s-to-be are all welcome, as are babes in arms.
